Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
In short: we collect only what you send us through the enquiry form or by contacting us directly, we use it to answer you and to deliver the work you ask for, and we do not sell it to anyone. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Binary Safety, a supplier and integrator of cybersecurity, CCTV, central monitoring, SCADA, computer and office equipment solutions in Bangladesh.

If you have any question about this policy, or about information we hold about you, contact us using the details above.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, we receive the details you type into it:
- your name;
- your company name, if you provide one;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you provide one;
- the service you selected; and
- whatever you write in the message field.
We also receive the same kind of information when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp instead of using the form.
Information collected automatically
When the enquiry form is submitted we record the IP address it was sent from, together with the date and time. This is attached to the enquiry email and is used to investigate spam and abuse.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser type — as every web server does. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. We use no advertising networks, no analytics scripts and no visitor-tracking or profiling tools.
Third-party content embedded in our pages may set its own cookies — see section 4.
3. How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- prepare quotations and proposals you have asked for;
- deliver, install and support the products and services you order;
- keep records of our dealings with you, including for warranty, annual maintenance contracts and accounting purposes; and
- detect and block spam and abusive submissions.
We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
4. Third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only in these situations:
- Our hosting and email provider stores this website and carries the enquiry emails, and therefore processes the data on our behalf.
- Suppliers and manufacturers, where your name and site details are needed to fulfil an order, register a warranty or arrange a manufacturer service call.
- Where the law requires it, such as a valid order from a court or a regulatory authority.
Two Google services are embedded in our pages, and your browser contacts Google directly when they load, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies:
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface used across the site.
- Google Maps, which shows our office location on the contact page.
Their handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy, not by this one.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to any work are kept for up to two years, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and are then deleted.
Where you become a customer, we keep records of the transaction for as long as we are required to for warranty, contractual and tax purposes.
You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner — see section 7.
6. How we protect it
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and enquiry emails are transmitted over an authenticated, encrypted connection to our mail server. Access to enquiries is limited to the staff who need it to respond to you.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other highly sensitive details through the enquiry form.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong; or
- delete your enquiry and contact details, where we are not required to keep them.
Email info@binarysafety.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity first.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
9. Links to other sites
Our pages link to manufacturers, partners and social networks. Once you follow a link away from this site, this policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the date at the top of this page will change to match.
11. Contact us
