1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Binary Safety of Suite #E3A, House #567-569, Road #9, Avenue #3, DOHS Mirpur, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. By browsing the site or sending us an enquiry, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms do not replace a signed quotation, service agreement, annual maintenance contract or purchase order. Where such a document exists, its terms take precedence over this page for that piece of work.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site, and print or download pages, for your own business purposes. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage it or impair anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• submit false, abusive or automated enquiries through our forms; or
• copy substantial parts of the site for republication elsewhere.

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. Information on this site

We take care to keep the site accurate, but the product listings, specifications and service descriptions here are for general information. They are not an offer to sell, and they do not form part of any contract.

Product availability, models, specifications and brands change. Always confirm the current specification with us before ordering.

4. Quotations, prices and orders

• No price is shown on this site. Prices are given only in a written quotation from us.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and if no period is stated, for fifteen (15) days from its date.
• Quotations may be revised before acceptance where supplier pricing, currency rates, duties or taxes change.
• A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing, not when you submit the enquiry form.
• Delivery and completion dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on supplier lead times, customs clearance and site readiness.

5. Products and warranty

Hardware we supply is genuine stock carrying the manufacturer's own warranty, for the period and on the terms that manufacturer sets. We are not the warrantor. Where a warranty claim arises we will process it with the manufacturer or their authorised service centre on your behalf.

Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, lightning, unauthorised repair or modification, use outside the rated environment, or consumable parts. Turnaround depends on the manufacturer, not on us.

6. Installation, services and support

Installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance services are provided with reasonable skill and care by qualified engineers, on the scope set out in the relevant quotation or contract. Anything outside that scope is chargeable as a variation.

You are responsible for providing safe site access, adequate and stable power, any necessary permissions or approvals, and accurate information about your premises and existing systems.

Security systems reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. No cybersecurity measure, surveillance installation or monitoring arrangement can guarantee prevention of every intrusion, breach, loss or damage.

Response times for support and annual maintenance contracts are those stated in the applicable contract. Any response time mentioned elsewhere on this site is a typical target, not a guarantee.

7. Intellectual property

The design, text, layout, code and graphics of this site are owned by Binary Safety or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. The Binary Safety name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.

Third-party brand names, logos and product images shown on this site — including those of the manufacturers whose equipment we supply — remain the property of their respective owners. They appear here to identify the products and brands we work with. Their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with us, except where we hold a formal partner or reseller status and say so explicitly.

8. Links to other websites

Where we link to manufacturers, partners or social networks, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations about the site that are not expressly set out in these terms, including any implied warranty that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

This section does not affect the terms that apply to products and services we actually supply to you, which are set out in the relevant contract.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of this website; and
• our total liability in connection with any work we supply is limited to the amount you paid us for that work, unless the applicable contract says otherwise.

11. Your enquiries

Information you send us through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us passwords, card details or other highly sensitive information through the enquiry form.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
